Welcome to Pony Xpress

The Pony Xpress Puro Tejano Cook-Off Team is a not-for-profit organization of Hispanic men who compete in Bar-B-Que cooking competitions across Texas and contribute to several programs benefiting Houston Area young people. Our primary competition for the year is the World Famous Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo World Championship Bar-B-Que Cook-Off.
